Christian Apologetics

Join us on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month for Christian Apologetics

The Christian community is challenged and opposed by society, and many youth especially are falling away from the church. Studies show one of the main reasons for this have to do with intellectual skepticism. This class, for youth and adults, will help strengthen your ability to know and defend the Christian faith by presenting proofs from the Bible, logic, and other empirical and intellectual sources, so that like Paul, who “reasoned with [others] from the Scriptures, explaining and proving...” you can know the what, why, and how of your beliefs and be able to share it with those who ask. The goal of apologetics is to lead you and others to a knowledge of the truth that will set them free. Taught by George Elrod. First and third Sundays from 1:30-2:30 pm in the Upper Room. For youth and adults. No childcare provided but children are welcome to bring a quiet activity to do.
